A name or place entered in a search tool is sent directly to the outside provider operating that tool. The provider processes the query and supplies its results. We do not keep a separate log or stored copy of those terms.
Messages and Contact Submissions
An email or contact submission may be retained long enough to answer and maintain the exchange. It remains internal unless disclosure is required by a valid legal obligation.

No Criminal-Record Data on File
Kerr County Criminal History does not maintain, assemble, or sell a database of personal criminal records. It explains access through the Kerr County Sheriff's Office, county courts, Texas Department of Public Safety Crime Records Division, and Texas Public Sex Offender Registry. Visitor data is not turned into a third-party dossier or consumer report, and this site is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.

Outside companies operate the search boxes. Their privacy policies, retention rules, and disclosure practices govern information submitted to them. Review the applicable provider policy before running a query because those practices are beyond our control.
Links to Other Websites
Links may lead to Kerr County offices, Texas agencies, court portals, legal resources, or search services. Once a visitor leaves this site, the destination's policy controls. Read it before providing personal information.
